M M Hills declared alcohol-free zone

The M M Hills (Malai Mahadeshwara Hills) in Chamarajanagar district, Karnataka, has been officially declared an alcohol-free zone following a decision by the Malai Mahadeshwara Swamy Kshetra Development Authority, chaired by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah.

 • Alcohol Ban: The sale and consumption of alcohol are now prohibited within the M M Hills temple premises.
